And one of the members had one of my favorite Alfas - a Zagato bodied 1600 Junior Z. Extreme maximum want. I particularly enjoyed the need to leave the trunk open to keep the car cool - on a 60 degree day, parked in the shade. So very Italian.

So beautiful. Too bad everyone is noticing now and the prices will only continue to rise on any alfas

So beautiful even my potato-phone can’t make it look bad. Yeah these were the prize -they have more than doubled in the last ten years. Hard to believe these used to be 15-20k in good shape.

Really sucks that as I begin to get anywhere near being in the financial position to be able to afford some of the cars I want, they are being priced further out of my market . It’s like the market is set on always eluding me.

Ah life is like that. But remember there are a lot of cars like this Junior Z that fly under the radar for 30 years.

Yep definitely though I have to admit I really like the final facelift Spiders too.

Perhaps we should engage in some information operations on Facebook and Twitter to convince the wealthy that desirable Italian cars are worth the same as 15 year old Chevy Cavaliers.

I like it! This will be tricky though...

An Alfa owners club meet but no flatbed in sight?

The F-Type, Porsche and the handful of Fiat 500s in the parking lot appeared to be backup vehicles. So flatbeds were involved, just earlier in the process.
